Pour contribuer au développement du site américain Kartesis, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur Responsable Qualité, dans le cadre d’un VIE – Volontariat International en Entreprise.

C’est un site à taille humaine d’une dizaine de personnes pour lequel l’investissement terrain sur machine est essentiel tout en étant force de proposition auprès du responsable de site et de la direction du groupe.

VOS MISSIONS

• Repair, Maintain, and operate CNC Multispindle Tornos and Index, to include Mechanical, electrical and PLC and centerless grinder.
• Setup CNC from a PN to another for each product run to include recording of information to ensure currency of engineering drawings and documentation of production problems.
• Modify CNC programs as needed based on analysis of statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
• Problem solving and making decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of setups to include estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control.
• Staying current on machining technology by learning new techniques and learning how to operate new machines, as needed.
• Follow company systems, policies, and procedures directed at maintaining safety and compliance throughout the organization.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote continuous improvement as it relates specifically to IATF 16949 standards.

VOTRE PROFIL

Requires two (2) yrs. experience in the Job Offered or a related.

Experience must have included Repair, Maintain, and operate CNC Multispindle Tornos and Index, to include Mechanical, electrical and PLC, and centerless grinder; Setup CNC from a Part Number to another for each product run; Modify CNC programs as needed; Problem solving and making decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and efficiency of setups; and Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote continuous improvement specifically related to IATF 16949 standards.
